Trogir is a historic town and harbour on the coast of Dalmatia in Croatia. The remarkable example of urban continuity is situated on a small island between the mainland and the island of Čiovo.
It is considered one of the best preserved Romanesque-Gothic towns in Central Europe.
Entering the sacred objects reveals some of the less known details of this town's history. Trogir is one of those cities which are best seen with a guided tour, out of season and the tourist crowds.
